Appointment Policies • No extra guests or children are allowed at any appointment (travel or studio). • Please limit phone use during the session to avoid distractions and ensure the best results. • Clients must arrive on time with a clean, moisturized face and lightly groomed brows (no heavy products). • Optional but recommended: For a smoother finish, consider light facial hair removal (gentle shaving or dermaplaning) 1–2 days before your appointment. Travel Appointments • Available within the DMV area. • Be ready at your scheduled start time — delays may shorten service time or add fees. • Provide a clean, well-lit space for setup. • Pets must be secured before my arrival. • Travel fees may apply based on distance and will be discussed after booking. • No extra guests or children during the appointment. Studio Appointments & Late Policy • Studio appointments are by request only and must be confirmed in advance. • No extra guests or children are allowed. • Arrive on time, fully prepped and ready. Late Policy (Studio Only): • 10-minute grace period. • After 10 minutes, a $10 late fee applies. • Clients arriving 20+ minutes late may be charged 30% of the service fee and may forfeit their appointment. Cancellation Policy • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. • Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged 30% of the service fee. • All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. • No refunds will be issued for services rendered. This policy respects the time, preparation, and travel put into every client experience.
